Florida Homestead Help is operated by Leap21 LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Tampa, FL. We help Florida homeowners identify and file for property tax exemptions they may be missing.

Information We Collect

Public records data: We analyze property data from the Florida Department of Revenue (FL DOR) and county property appraisers. This data is publicly available and includes parcel IDs, assessed values, exemption status, owner names, and property addresses.

When you use our website: If you use our address lookup tool, we process the address you enter to match it against public records. We do not store your search queries.

When you purchase a filing kit: Payment is processed by Stripe. We receive your email address (if provided) and payment confirmation. We do not store credit card numbers — Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.

Direct mail: If you receive a letter from us, we obtained your name and mailing address from public FL DOR records. We use this information solely to notify you of potential property tax savings.

How We Use Your Information

• To identify properties that may be missing homestead exemptions or other tax savings
• To send you personalized savings reports via mail or email
• To process your purchase and deliver filing guides
• To send filing deadline reminders (if you opt in)

Who We Share Data With

• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• PostGrid — physical mail printing and delivery

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Payment data is handled by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 compliant). Our database is hosted on Neon (SOC 2 compliant) with encryption at rest. Application infrastructure runs on Cloudflare Workers with built-in DDoS protection.

Your Rights

• Opt out of mail: Visit the unsubscribe link in any letter or email we send
• Delete your data: Email [email protected] and we will remove your information from our systems within 30 days
• Access your data: Email us and we will provide a copy of any data we hold about you

Our website does not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or third-party advertising pixels.
